These lyrics were originally written by Kuroma, and then they were reworked by Aiko so that Luka can sing from a female point of view.

The long intro was inspired by the song "Plainsong", which starts the legendary disc "Disintegration" by The Cure. But some fans have complained that this song is not a good way to start the disc because it takes too long for Luka to start singing. I guess attention spans today are shorter than they were in 1989.
